IT service provider tts supports its customers with innovative technologies: The full-service provider offers companies performance support, HR and talent management consulting, and corporate learning from a single source. In order to optimally serve the various stakeholders, tts operates on different platforms - with an overall technical and design concept as the underpinning.
Digital strategy instead of patchwork
At the beginning of our collaboration, the company was planning its online magazine insights and wanted to change its software system. During the joint work on insights, it became obvious that a larger solution was needed for the upcoming digital measures in order to meet all requirements. Several platforms – including the corporate website – were to be operated on a central basis with uniform design and user handling, and each with Mautic for user management. The technical maintenance of the individual websites was also to be simplified.
With platform expertise to a central solution
Using an agile approach, the experts for digital learning and HR/talent management worked with us to design a new structure for their online activities. Both customers for their software and those interested in consulting were to be addressed in a targeted manner and provided with information – with as little editorial and administrative effort as possible.
To make this possible, we drew on our many years of experience with complex IT requirements and developed a multisite architecture for tts based on the Drupal content framework.
Clever setup for innovative projects
As part of this new digital strategy, all online projects at tts are now created as if from a single mold. An optimal user experience is guaranteed for each individual appearance. Manual workflows have been reduced in favor of automation, making numerous internal processes more efficient. All tts pages can now be accessed internally via single sign-on.
The multisite solution enables tts to make changes to the design, processes or features in one step and to carry out updates with little effort. As a result, the company is ideally equipped and can continuously develop its offerings.
UEBERBIT has created a powerful system foundation for our platforms. Thanks to the multisite concept based on Drupal, we now keep the presences centrally up to date and still remain flexible. The digital agency team supports us with great expertise in conception, UX and technology in our online measures.
