Ströer is a leading digital multi-channel media company and one of the largest marketers of outdoor and online advertising. The company offers its customers practical online tools for their advertising activities: planners for poster and printing costs, a motif database, and a creative simulator.

Support for getting started with advertising planning

The client's stated goals were to tap into new target groups, simplify the introduction to outdoor advertising, and make it easier for Ströer employees to advise potential customers. Our project team developed four different tools for this purpose, which are characterized by intuitive user guidance on different end devices and a modern appearance. Users can get ideas, learn about the different advertising media, experience the impact of outdoor advertising, and plan campaigns and budgets online.

To maintain the extensive data, our team implemented a convenient backend based on TYPO3.

Motifs in a reality check

Another tool, the so-called creative simulator, can simulate the effect of a measure—e.g., a billboard, advertising on a bus, or an advertising column—in a real environment. Using their own motifs or examples from the motif database, interested parties can also test the visibility from different distances.

Plan out-of-home advertising efficiently

With the print cost planner, you can calculate the expenses for multiple advertising motifs with just a few clicks. Ströer customers can save and send the results, allowing them to prepare their print campaign.

The poster cost planner is Ströer's fourth online tool. It helps you plan and calculate outdoor advertising measures in a differentiated manner.
