Pillar of digital strategy: BAUER Group plans multisite platform

We start the spring with an order from a major company: The BAUER Group commissioned us to design a structure and system concept for its future platform. The listed provider of services, machinery and products for soil and groundwater wants to use Multisite as a central tool for its digital strategy.

The globally active BAUER Group employs around 12,000 people. The new platform system is to include the Group website and the international sites of its subsidiaries. In order to address each target group with a congruent brand presence, we are working with the client to develop a fundamentally new structure and system concept. In doing so, we rely on the user-centered approach of User Centered Design, which involves all stakeholders of the platform at an early stage.
