We have reorganized our management team with long-standing colleagues from within our own ranks: Frank Meyerer has been the new Chief Operating Officer (COO) since March 1. Having been with us since 2006, he knows UEBERBIT inside out and brings a wealth of project management experience to the table. Dr. Boris Stepanow is gradually handing over his responsibilities, but will remain with us as a consultant and source of inspiration. Daniel Bönisch, co-founder and co-CEO, remains on board as usual and continues to shape our strategic direction. Stefan Scholz takes over as CTIO (Chief Technology and Innovation Officer) with power of attorney, assuming responsibility for our technology and innovation strategy with immediate effect. He has been an integral part of our tech team since 2002 and is the driving force behind forward-looking developments.
